Take a facial photo of yourself (or someone else 
) and then you can create a Simpson-ised version with choice of hair, clothes, facial expressions etc etc.
I ran it on myself and you can see the results to your right. Not too bad really (and yes, I did put on a Homer-sized belly for me!)
